No Refunds for Completed Work
Due to the nature of electrical services, we do not offer refunds for work that has been completed. Once services are performed, labor, materials, and time cannot be reversed.
6-Month Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our work. We provide a 6-month warranty on workmanship from the date the service is completed.
If an issue arises within this 6-month period that is directly caused by our workmanship or an error on our part, we will repair or correct the issue at no additional cost.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:

Issues caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

Normal wear and tear

Pre-existing electrical issues not addressed in the original scope of work

Problems caused by third parties, weather events, power surges, or factors beyond our control
Materials & Manufacturer Warranties
Materials, fixtures, or equipment installed may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which is separate from our workmanship warranty.
